I can't download the app on my windows laptop. It says it's installing but when I look, nothing has installed, just a link to uninstall. Is this a version issue?
As the app is new and in its BETA it can sometimes be flagged as unknown by Windows. You can still click on download and ignore when you click on the install in downloads.

Also we have downloaded the Rhythmstix App to our teacher laptops. Do the teachers have to use the one school login or do they have to have their own?
I tried to register a different teacher account but didn't have the same access and couldn't use the same license code.
So can you explain how, for example, how a school with 2 music teachers is to access the resources.
Thanks for your message. I'm glad to hear that you have fixed the firewall issue. There is only one login for each school which you can use on as many devices as you wish in/outside school. If you would like to change your username please contact us on [email protected] and we can create a new account for you.
Due to common restrictions on firewalls within schools, we have found that certain websites may need to be "whitelisted" to enable the app to download content. Your IT support/ICT coordinator will be able to fix this for you. If you are unable to download content please whitelist the following sites using your firewall software.
